Emergency maintenance

For a maintenance emergency, email us right away:

If there is a fire, a gas smell, or anyone is in danger, call 911 first. Emergencies include:

  • Flooding, burst pipes or a major water leak
  • No air conditioning during extreme heat, or no heat in cold weather
  • Sewer backup or no working toilet
  • Electrical hazards, sparking outlets or a total power loss in your unit
  • A broken exterior door or window that leaves your home unsecured

Questions

Resident FAQ

I don't have a portal account yet. How do I get one?

New residents get an email invitation to set up their account. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or contact our office at upgazproperties@gmail.com and we'll send a new one.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the date listed in your lease. Autopay is the easiest way to make sure it's always paid on time.

How fast will my maintenance request be handled?

We review new requests every business day and will contact you to schedule a visit. For an emergency, email us right away (see Emergency maintenance above) instead of submitting a regular request.

Who do I contact about my lease or moving out?

Email us at upgazproperties@gmail.com or send us a message through the contact page.
