Our story
Owners who stay involved
Urban Property Group buys, renovates and manages multifamily and residential rental properties in Arizona. We're a family business, and we run it the way a family would: we pay attention, we fix things properly, and we plan to be here for a long time.
Most of our work is in multifamily housing in Phoenix. When we buy a property, we put money back into it, updating units, common areas and building systems, and then we manage it ourselves. Residents deal directly with the company that owns their home, not a far-away landlord.
We grow the portfolio with investors and lending partners who share that long-term view. Every property we add is one more place where we can live up to the promise on our logo: Love the place you live!
Leadership
Jon Coffen
Owner, Urban Property Group
Jon Coffen has worked with clients in the Phoenix market since 2002, and most of that work has been in multifamily housing. Alongside running Urban Property Group, he is Vice President at ORION Investment Real Estate in Scottsdale, Arizona. He studied at Penn State.
Jon leads Urban Property Group's acquisitions, renovations and day-to-day management, and works directly with the investors and lending partners who help the portfolio grow.
